Within 24 Hours
Refundable if requested within 24 hours of order placement.
Processing Fee
Non-refundable administrative and processing fee on all approved refunds.
After 24 Hours
No refund once the 24-hour window has passed.
Completed / Live
No refund once the project is delivered, approved, or live.
Refund Requests Within 24 Hours
If a project has already entered the processing or development stage, the client may request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order.
In such cases, a 25% administrative and processing fee will be deducted from the total payment, and the remaining 75% will be refunded.
Refund Requests After 24 Hours
Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after the project has started will not be accepted. Once the 24-hour refund period has passed, all payments will become non-refundable.
Completed and Live Projects
No refund will be provided if the project has been completed, approved, delivered, published, or made live on the client's domain or hosting account. Once the completed project has been transferred or deployed to the client's domain or hosting environment, the client will no longer be eligible for any full or partial refund.
Digital Services and Returns
Because our services and projects are digital and custom-made, they cannot be physically returned. Therefore, the traditional return policy applicable to physical products does not apply.
